2. DEVELOPMENT OF KEY ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE AGRI-FOOD AND FORESTRY INDUSTRY

Application of digital and innovation technologies to optimise production processes of interest for the POCTEP area. The application of NIRS in products such as grapes, red fruits, oil, tomatoes, cork and others will allow the development of reliable predictive models and the use of specific prototypes. The development of sensory and neurosensory analysis of food with the integration of AI models in the data collection and tasting analysis platform. The control of unitary and variable processes in wineries and oil mills; monitoring of ethylene and CO2 in fruit plants; parameters that influence pyrolysis processes in the production of charcoal, with the use of SCADA controls and process monitoring.
