The development of sensory and neurosensory analysis of food with the integration of AI models in the data collection and tasting analysis platform. The control of unitary and variable processes in wineries and oil mills; monitoring of ethylene and CO2 in fruit plants; parameters that influence pyrolysis processes in the production of charcoal, with the use of SCADA controls and process monitoring.
